𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 🧠… #MaltaFreeportTerminals teamed up with Malta’s Richmond Foundation, which offers all-round support to anyone experiencing mental health problems, to make staff aware that the company is offering free confidential support services related to mental health. In an initiative held to commemorate World Mental Health Day, employees were encouraged to make use of the practical guidance and counselling therapy sessions available under the guidance of skilled professionals. Employees were also informed that they can also reach out to the Richmond Foundation’s helpline if they are feeling emotional, psychological or mentally distressed or simply need someone to talk to. The Freeport organises events throughout the year on mental health, and is committed to fostering a supportive and understanding workplace where employees have the resources they need to overcome life’s challenges.
