Malta Freeport Terminal staff took part in an interactive and intensive training programme aimed at equipping them with the necessary skills to communicate crucial safety considerations to their colleagues and partners. Our personnel from Operations, Engineering, QHSE and Projects Department took part, and they were joined by Engineering Contractors, Lashing Foremen, and the Malta Dockers Union President.

The engaging sessions placed Think, Talk, and Act at the centre of the course:

– 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 💭 about the equipment, the procedures, and my task. Main Risks, Main Concerns.
– 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 🗣️ and 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 👂respectfully to ensure a safe workplace, to prevent dangerous situations and share concerns.
– 𝗔𝗰𝘁 ✅Safe Constantly to embody and promote exemplary behaviour.

This workshop reinforced our shared commitment to fostering a safety-driven culture that prioritises the well-being of our teams and the continued success of our operations.
