Standing out… Malta Freeport Terminals has become one of the first companies to sign and endorse the Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter. This decision underscores its commitment to foster diversity and inclusion within the organisation, as well as contribute to a more equitable society. The Charter was signed by Freeport Chief HR & Risk Officer Noel Scerri (centre) and CORE Platform President Helga Ellul. Also present, was CORE Platform Executive Julian Dingli (left).
Launched by CORE Platform, this initiative aligns with the Freeport’s continued effort to support inclusivity and diversity. The Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter focuses on four key areas: Promoting diversity, inclusive practices, education and awareness, as well as accountability.
