Colleagues at #MaltaFreeportTerminals once again joined forces at the Valletta Soup Kitchen to support the daily work led by Franciscan friar Fr Marcellino. Staff stepped in to prepare meals, serve visitors and offer a moment of company to those who rely on the service, reflecting a strong sense of unit.
The reaction from our staff to this initiative has been truly impressive. Volunteer numbers quickly surpassed the required group, highlighting a workplace culture driven by empathy and a genuine wish to contribute to the community.
Our involvement also included donating food boxes stocked with essential goods.
Thanks also to the backing of our shipping agents, suppliers and hauliers, whose support enabled us to assist more people and provide meaningful help where it is most needed.
