Malta Freeport Terminals was pleased to take part in the Women on the Move: Malta Aviation, Marine and Transport Cross-Industry Career Fair and Conference, which brought together key players from across the transport sector for a well-attended and focused event.

Bringing together aviation, marine and land transport, the initiative created a useful platform for around 150 professionals to exchange ideas, explore collaboration and discuss practical solutions shaping the future of the industry.

For us, participation was also an opportunity to engage directly with students and young people considering a career in the sector. Supporting initiatives that widen access and strengthen the talent pipeline remains a clear priority.
