Malta Freeport Terminals is delighted to be once again hosting the ICHCA 20/20 Cargo Vision Conference which will be held between the 11th and 14th November. This is the second time that Malta Freeport is hosting such an ICHCA event, the last time being in 2011. This conference will bring all the stakeholders together to explore how to create safer, more sustainable and secure maritime cargo operations across land and sea. With so much change taking place worldwide there is a strong need for dialogue between industry and regulators as everyone seeks to adapt in this constantly evolving industry.
ICHCA 20/20 Cargo Vision Conference & Exhibition will feature a tour of the Port and 2 full Conference days addressed by Malta’s Minister for Tourism responsible also for the Freeport’s operations as well as the Minister for Transport, where there will be several discussions on fostering a safer environment in this dynamic and challenging industry. There will also be plenty of high level networking opportunities and the ICHCA Awards Ceremony with the presentation of 2 prestigious awards. This will be followed by the 82nd meeting of ICHCA’s Technical Panel, a global volunteer group of industry professionals dedicated to fostering best industry practices.
Special thanks goes to the organisers and all persons involved in the organization of this event as well as to all the persons attending this conference or contributing in any way.
