We are pleased to inform you that as from 1^st October, third-party applicants will be able to apply for the Access Card online through the Web Portal.

Under this new procedure, all required documents are to be uploaded directly via the system, replacing the previous method of submitting them to the Cash Office. Following online submission and subsequent approval from Malta Freeport Terminals (MFT) and Malta Freeport Corporation (MFC), applicants will be authorised to complete the QHSE Induction Course online. The access card may then be collected from the Cash Office.

• Direct and secure submission via Malta Freeport Terminals’ Web Portal.
• Elimination of the need for in-person submission of documents.
• Immediate access to the online QHSE Induction Course.
• Collection of the prepared access card from the Cash Office.
