We were also one of the first companies to sign the Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter which underscores the company’s commitment to diversity. Health, safety, and environmental performance are also priorities for the Freeport. The company conducts toolbox talks, first aid and working at heights workshops and offers various programmes aimed at enhancing employees’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for effective performance. The company also has an Environmental Management System certified to ISO 14001 standards and promotes green initiatives such as recycling programs, energy-efficient solutions, and waste reduction efforts.
