Malta Freeport Terminals staff carried out a big clean up in the local area to mark #worldenvironmentday2021. Our colleagues got to work on the beach and underwater at Pretty Bay in Birzebbuga as well as the valley known as Wied il-Buni. Thanks to the Birzebbuga Sailing Club for providing our divers with a dinghy and to the local council, Malta Freeport Corporation and various clubs in the community that we sponsor for supporting our initiative. A very satisfying day for all which benefitted the environment and our local community!
